Default Good way to end the year

Rabbit hunting seems to be feast or famine here in Kentucky and ohio. Today was good for my young dogs Chloe and Shiloh, sisters, 19 months old. Had 7 good chases and I took one with my Parker 20. A great way to close out 2013. I'm going in the morning so it will be a great start to 2014

Thanks Charlie. They're learning what to do. They have a lot of hunt in them and good noses too. I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow

Sure do miss those cottontails. We have snowshoes where I live and you really need the dogs for them. Meat hunter that I am I see your game and think of Paul Prudohmme's smothered Cajun rabbit. Guaranteed!
