Your album needs to show more pictures of the gun and less of the (Neat) paper that came with it.
Since you're not a PGCA member, you won't be able to see Brian Dudley's mint VH 16, as a reference. Neither would you have seen the truly mint VH in the last issue of the Parker Pages. That gun was new and un-fired, and brought quite a bit more than $4500 Brian is asking for his.
The very small amount of gun that I can see in your pics seems to verify what you say; mint.

Based on your album photos the gun does look nice. Barrel bluing looks nice and wood looks great. But... The biggest determining factor is the amount of original case coloring and we cannot tell from your photos.
Take some better pictures in better light. I recommend natural light. Outdoors, but in the shade or on an overcast day as to not get direct sun or bad shadows.

Regarding value, high original condition will drive price up significantly over the run of the mill VH or VHE.
Ejectors on your V grade will command a premium. And the great original paperwork with it will also as well by bounds.
If you are looking for a value for insurance purposes or something, seek out an appraiser that is knowledgable in Parkers.

Left click on his name and from the drop down menu click on public profile. That did it for me.
