Can anyone tell me at what serial number range the DHBP came into use?

DHBP

The DHBP appearred somewhere in the 10 - 20000 serial range. The flat steel butt plate remained popular through the 30000 range , and I don't think the type of butt plate is noted in the order book.
Seems like a good category for Josh to open in Parkers Found
