Default Two Nice Guns

I didn't post this here at first because I posted about a Parker on here, but take a look at these two auction sales; one a double rifle and one a matched pair. Prices seemed really good.

The Cowans/Hindman auction just ended a few days ago and I completely missed it. This gun sold and to me epitomizes everything a small elegant double rifle should be. The price it brought (half the estimate) includes the premium.

Also, if this isn't close to a near perfect pair of practical English small bores, I don't know what would fill the bill. These guns also did not make the estimate.

The links didn’t work. Can you tell us about the guns?

When I click on your links they both say "Item not found".

Try them again; I just changed them and I think they work now. I discovered there is a quirk in our message system that abbreviates links that are over 1 line long vy cutting part of the middle but they are not re-constituted when used. Most message systems simply wrap lines but it doesn't look like this one does.

Thanks! The links work now. I love the Pudeys especially, though I have no need for two.

I had a serious affliction for English double rifles in my younger (income earning) days, and owned a nearly identical H&H Royal, in the same caliber. Also in Oak and Leather makers case with detachable Kahles scope. If I recall correctly, I sold it for nearly twice that price. Someone is very lucky.
