Default Bidding at G&D auction

Could someone please explain the procedure for how the auction works and how to bid. I would like to bid but know nothing about it I know there are terms and condition pages but I was looking for a simplified explanation. Thanks

Chuck, you're better off calling G&D and asking for help than having someone post a long explanation here.

Trouble is… once you get set up and have the app on your phone, it becomes too easy !!

You can bid online now, you can bid in person at the auction and you can bid on the phone the day of the auction. The online catalog has all of the details and terms & conditions of the auction. Be aware of the buyers premium, shipping and insurance costs.

The great part about the online/app is you can select to show the buyer's premium included in the amount that you are bidding. This way you know exactly what you are actually bidding. Of course plus shipping and FFL transfer fees.

Thank you for all the replies. I think I'll call them to get the info I need to bid.

Default Bidding at G & D Auction

Isn't sales tax also added to each sale based on the rate at the purchaser's state?.

Some states don’t have that requirement. If your state does, tax
is added.

If anyone has any questions- please don’t hesitate to PM me, or call the Guyette and Deeter office. Happy to assist. (Sorry for the slow response)
