Default Looking for a gunsmith.

Shipping is not out of the question but I would prefer meeting someone in person. I'm looking for a gunsmith in the 4 states ( Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana) area. Thanks for any input.

Thanks. Quitman is really close to me. I'll give him a call.

You would be hard-pressed to find a better, more honest gunsmith. Phillip has done a lot of gun work for me and others here in Texas. He is inclined to the Trapshooting crowd but is highly competent for any mechanical issues.

For a Parker in Texas? John Hancock in Abilene or Nate at Briley in Houston.

Thanks for the responses. I dropped my gun off with Phillip Crenwelge on Monday and will report back when he's finished. From the looks of his shop, a lot of people have confidence in him.

Default looking for a gunsmith

Hi,
Looking for a recommendation in NY New England, Eastern PA area.
16 ga Parker needs a new stock, it appears to have been repaired twice, and not very well.
Would Like to travel to shop to drop off and discuss barrel thickness and bore.
I tried calling Delgrego, but phones are disconnected?
Advice much appreciated,
Clark
