Default What is the Difference Between a GH & EH?

A friend is inspecting a 10ga EH for purchase and we were wondering the difference between the EH and GH and if there was any value difference as well? Thanks.

An EH grade gun is a GH made in 10 gauge. Parker Bros. dropped the EH designation around the turn of the century. From then on the GH designation was used for all gauges. The same holds true for the PH/NH designations.
