Default Value for Parker PH 12 ga SXS with parker steel barrels

Hi all please forgive me i'm a newbie when it comes to Parker Bros shotguns,i'm trying to help a friend find out the value of his shotgun so he can get a fair price for it.
The shotgun is a PH model with Parker steel 30" barrels, frame size is 2,barrel weight is 4lbs 1oz,serial #202201.Bluing on barrels is very good +,very nice grain in the wood, but it does have some dings and scratches as any hunting gun would have. From what i read their where only 1339 PH models made with Parker steel barrels,it was made in 1922-23 and has double triggers.i was told it has the factory correct(dogs head) buttplate and grip cap, proper tang safety and really nice engraving for this model.Any help or info would be greatly appreciated, pics are available with your email, thanks in advance.
