Default Sad news - Daryl Middlebrook

I am sorry to report that our dear friend Daryl Middlebrook passed this morning. Daryl was a great supporter of the PGCA as a life member and volunteer. He amassed a fabulous collection of rare Parkers and was always on the hunt for a nice big bore and especially guns with long barrels. He will be missed. May he Rest In Peace and May his family be comforted during this most difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear this news. I remember him well. He offered to help me out when I got my 8 gauge. He will be missed

I am speechless. I liked Daryl very much - he was a friend to everybody.

Dear Daryl - Rest in Peace my Friend.

A Big Man with a Big Heart who loved big bores with
long barrels, the PGCA, life and most of all his family.
Daryl, thanks for being a good friend and for all your
great Parker displays. I know you had a safe journey
to Heaven!

Wow! It has been. Couple of years since I last saw Daryl. I was not aware that he was (if he was) in poor health. The collecting community and the PGCA lost a good one.

We have all lost a good friend. I never heard Daryl say a mean word about anyone. I was looking forward to seeing him at the Southern. He loved his big bores but he also had a soft spot for smaller gauges too... He will be sorely missed. RIP my friend. Eric

Daryl was about the friendliest member of the PGCA, and a great friend of mine. Linda and I are devastated by the news. I am still using the eight gauge Remington empties that he resized for me. He could definitely pick his guns. So sorry. Bill and Linda Murphy.
