Default Will having Gournet alter floorplate birds significantly lower value?

I recently acquired a D grade 16ga 1 frame shooter. Its 6 pounds 4oz. I got a pretty decent deal on it. It has non original case colors that I don't care for and the the barrels have been reblued, and need reblued again. Also someone removed the skeleton plate and put on a Dogs Head Plate.

My question is: Will having Gournet change the 4 quail on the floor plate into Ruffed grouse significantly effect the value? Part of me doesn't really care because I know I would enjoy it so much, but another part of me is wondering if i'm nuts.
