Default Damascus/Twist vs. Fluid Steel article

Being new to the forum and the copies of DGJ I've inherited, I just fumbled across the article written by Mr. Budowle and his opinion on the firing of the damascus barrels. Sherman Bell sure had an intelligent rebuttal! Not meaning to stir up any old embers in the fire, but I have to ask, was this discussion continued in any other copies of DGJ? Thanks much, Jerry

Yes, there were many articles regarding the firing of smokeless in Damascus

Volume 16 Issue 4 Winter, 2005 Page 154. I'm getting ready to sell these, but they are such a great reference source, I almost hate to get rid of them. Jerry

If you don't keep a complete set of The Double Gun Journal, The Parker Story, Ed's books, Larry Baer's two books and a complete set of Parker Pages close at hand, you just can't be a player!!!!

Thanks Jerry.

Dave's advice is right on target. They're a fabulous reference source and you'll kick yourself forever if you get rid of them.

I have so many books since my friend died I'll never read them all, but they are great reference books. Jerry
