Default Did anyone here buy this DH?

Not listed on Cabelas site anymore so I assume it sold. Barrels cut but still as cheap as I’ve ever seen an original DH 20 listed for.

I bought it, it should be delivered to my FFL any day now. The sales guy described it as the nicest Parker he has seen come through in years. No idea if that really means much. He didn’t really know much about shotguns let alone Parker’s. I figured I can’t go with a DH 20 for $2000. Should make a good grouse gun.

Congrats! Soon as I saw it I looked on Cabelas site and it was already gone. They tend to leave their Guns International listings up after the gun has sold.

And there's the reason they never contacted me !!!! Congratulations Andrew , I had the same reasoning you did ,you just can't go wrong on a $2000.00 D Grade 20 Gauge !!!!

Maybe Andrew can let us know if the barrels are cut or not. In the GI photos it's hard to tell, but the rib seems to have a very thin blank line across the end. A great Grouse & Woodcock (or Quail) gun, whatever the case.

I will update when I get it. The serial number was not in the book but it did show there are records on the website. The Cabela’s salesman did put their drop in gauge down the barrels and there is some choke in the left barrel. I know Parker’s have long chokes, not sure how long they are and if it would still show some if they cut barrels.

I asked when I bought it and looked it up but completely forgot to write it down. I’ll post when I get it.
