Sad so very very sad. I'ts really something how brain dead most are leaders are. The looks on the legislators faces makes one want to use a pick handle on them.

South Carolina has a bill before the Legislature that allows a concealed carry weapon by any adult, not previously barred from such, without the need of obtaining a permit to do so. If it passes a person may carry anyplace not specifically prohibited by a posted sign.

Best Regards, George

Hope it pases for South Carolina. Kansas permit is around 250$ and there are no carry signs all over. KS still has open carry for free. But I bet you would catch some flack for doing it. good day 2 u ch

In Vermont you cannot carry with intent to do injury. Cannot carry loaded rifle or shotgun in a car (fish and game law).
Concealed loaded handguns are OK with no permits issued or required.
No changes on the horizon except a push for locking guns in the presence of children. May just pass as just this week a small child shot and killed a toddler playing with a loaded gun.

In Vermont any place where a long gun may be legally carried a concealed handgun may also be carried with no special permit required.
