Default Parker with 2 barrel set

I recently obtained a Parker that was made in 1900. It is a grade 3 with a frame size of 2. The thing that intrigues me the most is that it has 2 separate barrels and forends. All are matching serial numbers. The #1 barrel is Damascus steel and the #2 barrel is twist steel. I assume this was a special order for someone but I’m really not sure. Can anyone shed some light onto what I have and maybe a value with the 2 barrel set. The gun itself is probably 80% or better. The engravings are your normal dog on the side and 3 pheasants underneath. Thank you and I can’t wait to hear from someone who knows a lot more about Parker’s than I do.

David, you should order a PGCA Research Letter. $40 for members and $100 for Forum Associater and other non-members. An annual membership is $40.

Post the serial number, it may be in the book. The best way to tell however is to get a letter.
