Jeff's Outfitters sells a break-down type case. It isn't exactly a LOM case but its about as close as I know of. Someone else probably knows others.

Try Lewis Drake Associates and Robert Cochrane. Both quite expensive but you get what you pay for.

There are a lot of used mutton cases for sale on the internet

TR Imports in Dallas, I think, has canvas and leather, and all leather LOM, on their web site. I purchased a C&L a decade ago, and it is well made and none the less for wear. Reasonable.
