Default A couple of new treasures...
my sister-in-law is down-sizing and I came home with a couple boxes of treasures, among them...

this ice bucket with a quail on top, which I've coveted forever (needs a bit of polish!)...



and this game bag scene pitcher; the Good Wife is not a particular fan ("Just a bunch of dead animals", she says) but I like it...

Yeah Dean; a real mixed bag! One side has a a brace of grouse, a pheasant and a rabbit (hare?), the other a grouse, a goose, a fox, and a couple of long billed birds; snipe maybe? And then there's that handle...a whippet I think, or maybe a greyhound? The pitcher is unmarked, so...

We used to have a lamp shade like that growing up. Not sure what happened to it.
