Default Banquet attire - Annual meeting 1/20/2017

Had a question about what to wear for the banquet next Friday evening. Business casual, with slacks and if so inclined a blazer is great. We want you to be comfortable and have a wonderful evening!

I must say that the vast majority of PGCA banquets I have attended over the years have been exemplary in members' selection and expression of wardrobes. But remember, this is Vegas, and you may see some of the more bizarre combos of haberdashery - bermudas with Zori sandals and Filson wool vests, 4-lb. Eddie Bauer goose vests over Tommy Bahama Islander shirts, and grimy baseball caps worn at table over fine Brooks Brothers blazers with T-shirts still sporting whatever was featured at the hotel lunch buffet! Wish I could be there!

Damn the pretty wife has been demanding that I wear pants to Vegas this time.

I'll be as I am. I was already on the road when this thread started. No coat or tie in my luggage.

I'm guessing somewhere in Vegas one could rent and Elvis outfit and you would be right at home at the Westgate.
