GB Item#526290264 pic# 5. Is that a repair or do my eyes deceive me? The seller says I am wrong.

Yes it is a repair. If you look at a couple of the other pictures, you can see where it is accuglassed to fill the void.

If the seller is telling you it is not repaired, he is either blind, or outright lying to you.

If you look at photo 5, you will see a large piece of wood inlaid into the cheek panel. Between that and the other places that repairs are evident, this gun had a split stock head that was pinned and then someone tried to cover up the pin.

This gun is a hot mess. I would give him his opening proce of $100 for it.

I bet there is a machine screw with a hex nut under the shield on the forend...
