If the seller is telling you it is not repaired, he is either blind, or outright lying to you.
If you look at photo 5, you will see a large piece of wood inlaid into the cheek panel. Between that and the other places that repairs are evident, this gun had a split stock head that was pinned and then someone tried to cover up the pin. This gun is a hot mess. I would give him his opening proce of $100 for it.
