Default Parker Recoil Pad

Can anyone tell me if this is an original Parker recoil pad that came on the gun? It's on a PH, 1 Frame, 12ga., SN 60166. As you can see the pad has no markings. LOP is 14 1/2. Thanks Jeff.

I am just a Parker collector in training but it appears to be factory installed to me. Following are a few Parkers that letter with a pad for comparison. The second picture is my gun that does not letter with a pad but it appears to be factory installed at a later date.

Jeff, you should order a research letter. It may address the pad.

Bill, I don't share private information. If Jeff want's to share, that's his option.

It wasn't anything too exciting, Bill. Just a few questions about the information gathered and contained in the various books available commercially and database available to the PGCA. I'm an analytical person and was just interested in the analysis. Most people would be bored to tears.

Chuck has a daunting task presented to him with each and every letter requested. $40 is a bargain.

Jeff, go to the FAQ on the home page. At the bottom, you can view copies of the different formats used in the order and stock books. You'll have to rotate the views on some of them.

Sorry if I offended. I was just interested in whether the gun in question had an original pad.
