Default Galazan Parker screw set?

I have a 1928 VH that could use a new breech pin (under the top lever) and possibly a rear trigger plate screw. Is the Galazan screw set worth buying or would I be better off having the screws made by a good smith?

For those screws you would be better off having them made. Try Tom Carter. Send him a PM.

Joe, I have the breech pin screw you are talking about out of a Galazan set if you are interested. I bought the set for the floor plate screws. Send me a pm if you want it.

The galazan screws are fine. The thread pitches match and the head diameters are correct. They do need to be timed and the heads worked down to the properevel for your gun since they are tall. I do also have spare galazan screws for the ones that you need. PM me if you need them.
