In the "Serialization Book": V-grade; Hammerless; no extras; 16-gauge; capped pistol grip; 26-inch barrels.

There are surviving Parker records on your gun. Thus, you can obtain a Research Letter from our Research Chairman.

What are the chokes? A 26-inch barreled VH has a higher likelihood than a 28-inch of having the more open chokes of a "brush gun".

Pictures, please!

excellent! greatly appreciate the information---will need a couple of days to add the photo--when I purchased the gun I wanted to keep it as is--until a grouse hunting friend badgered me into getting the colour case hardening redone---which I did--only problem was an unmotivated gunsmith--he has been sitting on it for 6 months--a couple of days ago I went in and we had a good old fashion heart to heart---the gun is supposed to be ready by Wednesday--so I will post a photo, and thanks for the information it is spot on good to know the gun ws not changed chokes are cyl and ic I believe--
