Default Parker SBT

In recent weeks I treated myself to a Parker SBT 32" barrels. I visited my local clays range today. It did well when I did my part. I need to practice using the high comb stock. Next to pattern the SBT with various loads. Is 40 yds recommended?
It was made in 1926
Thanks!
Jim

Depends on what you are looking for. POI can be done at 16 yards and multiply the offset x 3. For pattern density use the average distance you break a target or use 40 yards. Choking percentages are based on 40 yards
