Default Ithaca SBT stock question?

Hi!
Will the Ithaca SBT stock from a ITHACA, VICTORY GRADE 12GA SINGLE BBL TRAP, 1930s MFG DATE, fit on an Ithaca 5E made in the 1970s?
Thanks!
Jim

Yes, it should be close if the serial number is over 400,000. However, the Victory Grade checkering pattern and wood quality will not be anywhere near the same. You should go in a different direction. Diamond Gunsmithing is the Ithaca repair company. But be careful with their metal refinishing, they torch color receivers as the later Ithaca company did. You don't want that. They may have a 5E stock in their surplus pile.

Default Victory Grade Knick

John,
There was some Victory Grade Knick's produced but not near as many as there were Victory Grade Flues models produced.
I've never seen the numbers if there was a quantity put out there, this is just my personal observations.
