Default Left Ejector will not work

Just acquired a shooter VHE with factory 26" barrels according to the serialization book and I really like it. The right barrel ejector always works. When I first started checking the ejectors the left barrel ejector would work if I pulled it first, however now it will not work at all. Any thoughts as how to correct or what the problem may be? Thanks

If the function of the left barrel ejector has progressively gotten worse, I would suggest a good cleaning is in order.

Ejectors are nothing that a novice ,such as myself, wants to tackle. I have taken a lot of Parkers apart and cleaned them with ultra sonic cleaners and reassembled them------but NEVER an ejector system. I recently had Lawrence DelGregio take a GHE ejector system apart , clean all parts, and replace parts that were beyond repair. He has all the replacement parts if needed. AND, above all, he knows what he is doing. Give him a call.

If you have to have ejector work done get your checkbook out. I’ve done it a couple times and now I disable Parker ejectors.

Cleaning is always the cheap and easy way to check things out. I just got back from an afternoon shooting skeet, during which the left ejector packed it in. I lifted it from the forearm, hoping to find it junked up, but instead a fragment of the ejector sear fell out. That removed all question. Man, that's a delicate little thing!

Joe Breda makes them. Contact him. They will require some fitting.

Joe makes the hammers. Not the sears. He could though, but has not yet. But there are some people who have replacements in stock...
