Default Check Hook Question

Just wondering, as I don't recall.
Did any of the Lifter guns have the check hook lug?

Thanks Dave,
So, a very late lifter may have the check hook.
I have never seen a lifter with one, that's why I was asking.
I think I need one. :-)

Ya,I think you need one too! Lifters are great shooting guns and I think more convenient to open than top lever guns.

The frame was lengthened, the check hook added, and the location of the cross bolt in the lock was changed at 24018 (first surviving) or a little before. The first few top actions did not have the doll's head, but room was soon found. The long , check hook lifter action opens at a touch, and is very convenient. I'll try to post a table of the s/n of check hook guns.
Best, Austin
