Gun stock blues resolved
Several months ago I wrote about buying a DH with abroken stock asssuming it could be repaired but it was to far gone. I then bought my own wood on line and had a new stock made which was my second error because the grain at the wrist wasn't streight and it cracked in half after a pheasant hunting trip to Kansas. Someone on this fourm then suggested I turn to Jerry Andrews in Moundville WV. I got my Parker back from Jerry about a week ago and he did a great job, he selected a beautiful blank of French walnut and his skill at checkering is first class, I couldn't be more pleased. If you want a stock done right Jerry can be contacted at 304-843-1740. And thank you to who ever recommended Jerry to me.
Bill Crowden--a proud Parker owner.
