Default We have lost another one

Sad to report that Paul Crosnoe of Cape Girardeau,Mo. passed away 2 days ago. Paul was a long time gun dealer who handled some great guns over the years. Paul's son Tom will continue the business. I am sure many members here either did business with Paul or saw his ads. He was always honest in his dealings and was willing to share his wealth of knowledge to customers and fellow dealers. He will be missed.

Yup, enjoyed rooting through his underpriced wares at the Louisville shows. I still enjoy his ads.

Paul was an ever present figure at shows like Tulsa and Louisville with several tables of nice guns. Always a pleasant Gent to talk to IMO. My condolences to the family.

I've had many conversations with Paul over the years at several shows, especially at the spring Tulsa get together.

I can't remember ever buying anything from him though. I do regret passing on a screamer deal on one of the first Galazan Fox CE-20's produced. He offered that one to me for $4500.00 "Definitely one of my biggest gun show blunders". Funny thing though is a couple of years later I joined a group of dove hunters in Argentina that Jim Thynne put together and met up with a good friend that had that Fox with him. We had a good time talking about the small world the SxS gun circles can be. I did get to shoot a couple of boxes through the gun anyway & it was fun! I get to see that gun from time to time and always think back to the day Paul offered it to me at Tulsa.

Sad to see Paul pass, it would be interesting to know how many great guns passed through his hands!

R.I.P. Paul
