one more photo--this is better. This is the Lefever G 16 and the LC with chain link pattern. The 2 Gh's look as good.

That LeFever G is awful nice. I have a 16 gauge Ithaca with chain Damascus barrels that I need to get restored or send on to a new owner. Have not decided yet.

They look great Harold. I love the look of the redone barrels on the frame with original patina. I'm not a fan of re-case hardening frames. Shoot them in good health and good luck on your trip. I'll be taking my new to me 20ga damascus along with 3 or 4 more Parkers and Foxes out to So. Dakota next week for the opener on pheasants and ducks. Can't wait!

Daryl,
Good luck on your trip. I've always wanted to hunt the Dakota's, especially early for sharptails--a bird I've never hunted. Looking forward to showing you those guns. My favorite low pressure load to shoot thru those Damascus barrels is that 20/28 load you sent me. Shoot straight Harold |

Thanks Harold. Would love to have you join me next year in S. Dakota. We're not far enough west to run into sharptails but the pheasant and duck hunting is pretty good. Glad you like the 20/28 load. That's all I plan to shoot this year. I'm having my 16 GHE damascus barrels done as we speak. Should be done in a month or so. We'll have a show and tell next time we meet.
