No, it's not real. Look closely at the 3rd pic down in the listing, you can see the left barrel's original choke stamping.

I tried to read the stamping but I cannot get enough resolution to do so. I figured as much.

Yup, left barrel is marked FULL without an attempt to change it. Just another Repro with the chokes ground out of it.

I sent the seller a question about it. He's a listing agent near where I live and doesn't have physical possession of the gun. The gun is in California. An executor of an estate is the actual seller. This person isn't knowledgable about guns and was just listing info from a handwritten inventory from the deceased. Agent says he would assume the barrel markings would be correct if they vary from seller's description.

There were a handful of 28" guns in 20 and 28 gauge with open chokes. If I remember correctly, there were 25 IC/Mod and 25 Q!/Q2 in each gauge. There were several hundred in 12 gauge due to the success of the SS guns.

I bought sometime in the late 80's a new 20ga 28" IC/F. Heard it was ordered from Skeuse in that configuration but the buyer never followed through with the purchase.

We know that a few Parker Reproductions were available and purchased with custom chokings, such as the gun Mr. Jay mentions above, I know of a few others. These guns with special custom chokes or features, generally speaking, were in some way connected with the Skeuse's.
It has been speculated here in this forum that there were 25 20ga. 28" guns factory choked IC/M. It has also been previously speculated that there were 50 of them produced! If there are indeed 25 to 50 of them existence, why then do we never seem to see any of these come to market? Oh, there have been less than a handful that I've come across through several decades of interest, but each and every one has something about them that just doesn't look righteous in my eyes. Here are a couple of examples of 20ga. Repros with 28" bbls. and IC/M choke stampings (the top is a 20/16 bi-gauge set) that I'm left with questions about their true righteousness and originality:
