Fox's are tough & strong, no problem shooting them. I shoot heavy loads in all of my all the time. All my also have 2 3/4in. chambers.

I loaded a lot of Nice Shot when it was around ( still have a couple pounds around here)
The rule of thumb was it added about 1500 when substituting for lead I had some tested and they came in around there or a little bit less I have some RST 16s left. I never doubted RST did their homework and developed a proper load
