Default Grouse hunting in Vt

Even if you don’t score, what tops a day in the field chasing birds behind a dog?

Im a setter man also Dean. Your pictures bring back memories of my setters that are both gone now. I'm hoping to get another after I retire, so I can be home with her all day and night. I hate leaving them alone.
I enjoyed photographing my dogs at work in the field as much as I did shooting birds. Alot of prep and work with dogs before and after the hunt, but well worth it.
Awesome looking dog/campanion Dean!!

That last photo would look good on the cover of a 1930's sporting magazine.

Right Austin - it's only lacking the red plaid shirt.
