Default Added a second Lefever to my collection

I have come to appreciate Lefevers late in my collecting life. The top gun is my new addition, a Lefever EE 12ga 30" bbls 487xx choked .019/.027 1 5/8" x 2 5/8" x 14 1/4" weight 7lbs 10oz. Bottom gun is my E 8ga. 35" bbls 127xx.
Besides being handsome guns the design changes during their history is a interesting topic to study.

Thanks all. Maybe I should try for the 5 of a kind Lefever E's, all I need is a 10ga.----not real difficult and a 20ga and 16ga-----almost impossible. Fun to dream!!

Neat to see those two guns side-by-side. It really shows what an 8 gauge is.

One can also go off the reservation with a Lefever 28-gauge --

Thats my plan for next year theres a Lefever E grade 10 ga I have been looking at its probably been up for sale the last 2 years. Most of the Lefever 10 gauges I see pop up look pretty rough, there is also a E grade 16 ga on GI.
