A New Season and New Experience
Back in September I shared a few photos of my son and grandson's lab puppy getting ready for dove season and then the results of his training during dove season. Well, time marches on and it is now October and a different season for a 10 month old pup and he is having a wonderful time of it. Notice grandson is using a sxs. A convert - possibly. It is a SKB 100.

Continued Success
Grandson Seth continues to have success with his puppy and sxs.
The SKB he is using I purchased for his dad when he was a teenager. He has taken many grouse and woodcock with it over the years. Seth's birthday was on Halloween and we officially transferred ownership to Seth. He says we are not getting it back! Tomorrow we will be hunting grouse and woodcock over my setters. We'll see if there will be humble pie for dinner tomorrow evening.
