Default BHE Fair Price

It seems that the market has pretty much settled on prices for the DHE reproductions, but I’m seeing BHEs priced all over the place. Obviously they’re more rare, but what would be a fair price for a 12 gauge BHE?

I’d say $7000 to $8500, depending on configuration and condition.

What would a BHE 20 repro be valued at? Also has a set of 16 ga Kreighof barrels fitted to it. Asking for a friend who is now in a nursing home after a stroke, his other gun is an AHE 20.

Kirk, are you asking about a single or 2-bbl. set? To my understanding, all BHE Repros were produced from the factory as 2-bbl. sets, however; a buyer could opt to break the set up by purchasing a new BHE with just one set of barrels.

From what I've seen in today's market, I agree with Victor and add $2-$2.5K for a second set of barrels

A 20 gauge BHE with Kreighoff barrels - that feels like a $10-11K gun... Double trigger would add a bit more. I'm not sure how common the double trigger is in BHE grade, but I've only seen two
