Default Odd buttplate

Bought the parts from a couple gunshops and found an odd Parker (I think) buttplate. It is a large spurred hard rubber, with the PARKER DOG AND BIRD IN THE MIDDLE, ABOVE IS AN "ANCHOR' with the letter "B" on the shaft of said anchor. Any ideas?

Bruce, WH Baker was with LC Smith. I was looking through the books I have and can't find any pictures of a Baker butt plate. A little later the Syracuse/LCSmith had a dog and bird but marked LCSmith. Maybe someone has an old Baker that can help. Post that on the LCSmith site.

What's wrong with this fellow posting a picture of the buttplate here? The L.C. Smith collectors spend more time here than anywhere else.

That made me laugh. My appologies, I'm sure you are quite correct.
