Default My first post, need help with A. Zoli, (Hebsacker)

Good morning,
I am doing some research on a Antonio Zoli (made for Hebsacker) 12 ga. sxs.
One is available in fine condition, but I had not even heard of this gun.
I am not finding much information, nothing in this forum archives. I am continuing to search. I saw one did sell on auction for $388.
I am aware of Zoli's o/u guns, which I believe are made with quality workmanship.
Has anyone owned one of these guns? Recommendations?
I am also concerned that parts may not be available.
Any information shared will be greatly appreciated.
Dave

Why wouldn’t their SXS be made with the same “quatlty workmanship”?

You likely won’t find much here about that gun as our focus is primarily on Parker shotguns. Occasionally other guns are discussed.

Dave,
A good source for help on this gun may be doublegunshop.com. They have many members with great knowledge of the european guns.

Dave, I had a Zoli Bilanx back when I shot registered events. Great gun. Well made and crushed targets. Only reason I sold it was I got into the SxS game and stopped shooting NSCA events.

Mike.
Yes I have seen the Zoli's on the trap range.
I have found more information on the side by side, but still no postings by a current/previous owner.
I am planning to go look at one on Friday. I will find more information on this particular gun later today.
I am trying to get as much information as possible.
I understand the forum focuses on Parkers, but thought I would just throw it out there.
Have a good day.

Dave

There are different Zolis. They cover a spectrum of prices and qualities. You have to know which one you are looking at.

I used to use an A. Zoli Grey Eagle 20 OU with double triggers. It seemed to be a well made gun, no troubles with it. Recently gave it to my son and he shot 5 grouse with it this fall.

I had an A Zoli combo gun in 12 and 7x57R . Can’t say I was ever much of a fan of these folks products , but the only one I ever owned shot very nicely both with the shotgun barrel at single skeet targets and at the bench shooting fifty yards with open sights from the rifle barrel .
