I’ll bet the “push-button” is a non-functioning embellishment to suit someone’s fancy. The BTFE has the reinforcing rod or screw so it wouldn’t be very difficult to weld a fake push button to the screw.
It would be a turn-off for me. .

It looks to me as if the forend drawbolt may just not be screwed in and is sticking out. There is not a good enough photo that I can see to tell for sure.
