Talking My new pups

Meet Diesel and Axel. They're only 2 weeks old in this picture so I won't get to pick them up until new years eve.
We found a breeder on-line that said they had a pair of males left so we called and said we were interested in one and we could drive over the following morning to look at one.
Later that evening I asked my fiance' "what if I want them both"? She gave me one of those looks, we've all seen it before, and then took me by surprise when she said "get them both then"
I was beyond excited and laid awake most of the night thinking about what I'm going to do trying to train TWO lab puppies.
We were at the breeders first thing the next morning, since I only slept for an hour or two, checking out the pups and the breeder finally asked "which one do you want"? I said "I don't want to choose, I want them both"! There was no way I could leave one behind. Besides, I didn't want the one I bought to suffer anxiety separation
I know I will have my hands full when they arrive but I also know the rewards that will follow.

Why, you'll need a new double Parker to match that double trouble! Nice pups!

I've got a great English Setter who lives to bird hunt, but who doesn't have a soft spot for Labs..... You got me thinking about pairing one up with my boy, Beau....

I kept 2 female littermates from my last litter 3 yrs ago. No problem, just more work training. That said, they are not hard to train, great bloodlines/genetics will practically train themselves--just get them onto birds.
