I wonder what kind of bearings were on those line shafts? Ligumvite or brass with oil cups, Osha would have a field day in that place, glad they were not around then! Gary

Gary, they were plain babbitt bearings.

I love it when spell check never heard of old time stuff, so they claim it's misspelled.

Spellcheck causes more embarrassment than it prevents. It is useless and so I disabled mine. I can do my own editing thank you very much.
