Default Fall Southern SXS

The event a Backwoods was the best yet!! We had fantastic weather with Sat and Sun being low 80's with a nice breeze. The "Parker Celebration" on Friday evening had about 80 people, great Bluegrass band, and a tasty "lowcountry boil" The shooting was non stop!! Mike Smith was both pulling a trigger and clicking a shutter so we should see some great pictures. A couple really nice guns changed hands among member with me taking home a really nice VHE 20 ga with a 30" barrel and beautiful wood. It was nice to be able to spend time with so many good friends!

Here are some photos. I am sure Mike Smith will have some better ones

The first photo is the vendor tent. The next photos are some of the Parkers on display. The fourth photo shows some of the great items in a PGCA silent auction

Many Parker shooters did very well at BWQC.
David Dwyer, Dave Fjelline, Carl Brandt, Mike Sellers, Brian Brady, Sherry Jordan, and others represented Parker well..

It was a great shoot as others have said. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to have this event. Thank you Rick Hemingway, staff @ BWQC, and Bill K.

Although normally I shoot with "that other team" I want to thank the Parker shooters for their comfort and advice after two of " those days". I had a great time meeting other shooters, show and tell, and looking at the great guns for sale. I did MUCH better on Sunday.

I just posted the pictures from the Fall Southern in a new post in the events section of the site!
