I don't know about Safari, but in MS Edge I can designate a site as a "trusted site" and it will open when clicked on. I'd just have to type the address into a list and it would ignore the warning. Also can add a site to a blocked list. I don't know if it is a good idea to over ride the browser's security settings, but it is just for that site only.
Just do a browser search for "how to add a trusted site to Safari" and it will show how to do it. |

I get that message every time when I access our site from my iPhone so I simply bypass it.
I never get that message when I access our site from my laptop PC. .
