Used Christmas Hill pheasant breasts and Zatarains Jambalya mix tonight . Tossed in some yellow banana pepper slices when it was simmering and hit it with Tabasco on the plate . This was what I used to use for Jambalya until I found the canned stuff . Either I find quite palatable .
