My daughter found 99687, which was one of a pair, the other was 99686. Those two were the very first 24" 28ga Parker built. It was on an 0 frame. It was originally stocked as a PG, with a 13 1/2" LOP, but Allan Swanson sold me a straight stock, which Brian Dudley fitted. It's in the hands of another member now.
The chip out of the bottom of the fore end wood is frequently seen. It's VERY thin at that spot on small frame ejector guns. You don't need to replace your whole fore end, and that spot can be repaired easily by a good stock man. |

24” barrels on a 28g are not unheard of.

From what I’ve read there were 38 produced with 24” barrel in 00 frame? Is that correct?
