Default Got all "jumpy"

Doing my normal incessant search for more guns to buy at lunch today, I saw a brand new ad on GI for a rare 1/2 frame VH 12 bore with 30" barrels. The pics show a gun in really nice condition, but when I got to the weight at just under 8lbs., I began to fall out of love. Well looked at the pics...it is a 1 1/2 frame gun. I sent the guy at Cheaper than Dirt a note about it....

Oh well...saved myself a few thousand bucks anyway!

GI#: 101069083

I saw that one too. Big difference between a half frame and 1 1/2 frame

You mean Cheaper than Dirt actually had a parker that was reasonably priced?

There were two 1/2 frames on GI recently. Looks like both have sold. The GHE available was particularly nice, I thought

Had it been a 1/2 frame it would have been....but alas, it was not.

I could be wrong but they always seem high on their prices. They have a really nice DH 12ga, but for the price you could get a nice CH or decent BH.

I agree Bill, sort of like Kevin's. In this case, HAD the gun been a 1/2 frame, it might have been priced too low. As it is, it seems in line with their usual pricing,.

IMO you're not wrong and it's not just Parkers.
