15052 is a 12ga 30" damascus barrelled grade 2

made in 1879 according to the link on the home page

as for the hammers not cocking - rust, dirt or broken parts- really someone would need to look at it to tell

Where are you? We could recommend a gunsmith.

Hit your "CapsLock" - you're yelling.

At our age , most of us are a bit hard of hearing. So what’s the big deal if he yells. LOL

I WORKED AS A DRAFTSMAN FOR YEARS. NEVER USED LOWERCASE. NEVER LIKED LOWERCASE. BETTER ON THE EYES AND NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

We're not " drafting" now. Not long ago I didn't know squat about typing or computers so the caplocks had to be explained to me. I was just trying to be helpful. I know in the times we live, many things are ignored and the younger generation feel it's ok to do. But I still like to try and do things what I feel are the proper and right way to do something. It's hard at times because I'm really a dumba**, but try not to sound like one.
