Default Plausible

Here is a neat little CHE 20 bore with 28 inch tubes.
Built in 1920 with a Parker single trigger. The gun was consigned to Wilbur Parker and he returned it in 1925.
As the first single triggers were put into production in 1921, my close group of theorists have found it "plausible" that this was sample to show important customers.
Brian reworked the replacement buttstock and did a wonderful job.
A gun I suspect anyone would be proud to carry.

Quite plausible in fact. Made the year before the single trigger was introduced? I’d say VERY plausible.

And yes, I would be very proud to tote that little sweetie into the grouse covers. I believe any bird would be proud to be shot with that gun!

The gun is fitted with the first generation trigger.

I'd be proud to own just about any CH 20. That one is particularly nice

I would say not only plausible-but probable due to the provenance.

Super sweet gun that anyone would be proud to own!

And just so wonderful to see a bird gun with a BIRD DOG engraved on the floorplate, instead of a gang of horned critters running through the forest! Just sayin!!

Ditto on Kevin's 3 dog observation. I'm looking for this gun myself! It's everything a bird hunter would want in a gun. It makes my VH 20 look like a Stevens 311. Lol

Evryone's entitled to their opinion . But I like antlered critters and I sure as hell wouldn't turn down a small gauge gun with a stag on the floorplate .

The Woodcock on the floorplate of my 4 frame 10 toplever takes the cake for me. Way out of place, even if it is a good rendering.

Like Craig, I would not mind a deer on the floorplate.

Wow, I never saw that one coming Craig
I actually chuckled to myself and wondered how long it would take you.
