Default Parking at Hausmann's

Could someone like Harold P., Frank S., or Mike K. give us an update on the condition of the parking field at Ernie's? Possibly an update on Wednesday evening would be good. I hope it's better than last year!

We need to remember that the field we park in does not belong to Ernie. We are allowed to park there by a neighborly arrangement between Ernie and the landowner so we should be very careful in how we use the field (not to rip it up by indiscriminate driving in wet/soft areas) so as not to jeopardize our privilege of parking there.

Chuck, I will get in Wed, but as you knoww cell coverage is very poor--I might be able to get you if I had your cell, dont know if there is 4G signal, that I can get out a post. I forget the name of the gent that owns the field, but he normally stops over, says hi, and I offer him a beer.

I'll be at HH on Wednesday afternoon to drop off the cart and set up my tables, and will check the field and post a report that evening. Also, I understand that Mike Koneski will be setting targets at HH on Tuesday afternoon for the Fox Collectors' Bo-Whoop and WC Letterman competitions; maybe he'll see this question before then and reply before I can.

Thanks Frank. There is no other place to park other than that field.

No problem here, Chuckles!! Another inch of rain and that lot will resemble Churchill Downs at this year's Derby!! Just keep your foot on the gas till you see the Bo-Whoop tent!!!

I was there yesterday (Tuesday) to set the BW/WCL targets. Pulled my trailer and cart over and had no problem manuevering around the field. It was dry yesterday and today so far. Supposed to be good until a chance of showers on Saturday.

I was at HH this afternoon and spotted my cart and its trailer as usual in the field, close to the cart path opening in the fence. No problem. The field seemed relatively dry throughout and there were some camping tents already spotted along the right edge of the field (as you drive in). Looking good.
