Default Squirrel Poster...(again)

This is a shot of my trimmed original poster..and one that my daughter did her magic on..in an 18x24 size. The frame is a $5 buy at the flea market..and the local frame shop charged me $20 to mat and finish...She also did one of the familiar postcard..and I added a calendar page. These are just for my gun room..not anything more..j..

Both of those look great. Really couldn't see the Duck poster because of the angle you shot it at. But I think either one would get people to buy.

Yes...The Wood Duck is just like the others. Clear..and nearly as sharp as originals. I'm not looking to have her make any more. They are just for my gun room..

What "original" did you use to make the copies? The copies are wonderful.

Bill...I didn't have any originals, except my trimmed Squirrel..which could not be used..She went on line, and used Photos from several sources. She is a graphic artist and professional photographer... For example, the Squirrel was on Julia's website. The Postcard photo was on Ebay. Being involved in the business, she said anything before 1978 is not copyright protected..UNLESS the original owners have renewed the copyright every 5 years. Thus Julia, or anyone else, can post any photos at free will. She scanned the photos to her computer, and enlarged and printed them on her office equipment. 18x24 is a common frame size, so expensive custom framing is not necessary.Worked for me..j..

If not copyrighted couldn't the Wood Duck and Zero Hour be re produced? I know the Wood Duck poster would be a hit.
