Default Ammunition at Hausmanns

I know there was some confirmation re: the availability of shells at Hausmanns but wasn't sure if that indicated a sufficient supply in most (12,16,20, 28) gauges or if it was a somewhat limited supply. I believe I have the materials to load enough 12's and 20's if I can find the time but do not have the resources to load and 16's at this time.

Morris said he will be there with ammo but it may have quantity restrictions.

Thanks Dean. I just wanted to be sure I could get enough to shoot. Sounds like yes.

Last year they’d sell you enough to cover the events you were shooting . And then the last day they sold what was left over .

Later at the Vintage Cup in September shooters were limited to 3 boxes including the last day.

Thank you, Morris Baker, for having a very generous supply of ammunition for the Northeast Shoot at Ernie's. According to Morris, all the ammunition available at the Northeast Shoot was loaded in the days before the shoot.

The RST tent was certainly stocked better than their website. As attendees at the Northeast shoot know shooters were limited to 3 boxes of ammo. I believe most stuff was $20 a box. There was no 10 ga ammo and no 16 ga spreader loads. I spoke to Morris briefly and he mentioned the shotgun ammo and component shortage is worldwide, 10ga wads were a problem and that material shortages were hampering the production of many items including resins used to make hulls. Cost of raw materials, production and transportation are all way up. I asked him if there was an end in sight and he replied not at the moment.
