I don’t know what to say. I have no idea what an avatar is. I could not find a reference to it on this website nor the “adobe” site you sent me to. With the help of my son, I was able to reduce the size of my picture to 150 x 200 pixels and save it to my iPad storage. When I loaded to the profile, it saved it and I can see it when I go to my profile, but as you can see, the picture of me does not show up when I post. Even the other information I have keyed into my profile doesn’t seem to show up when I post like they do when the rest of you do?
I am obviously doing something wrong. Just not sure what it is. |

I can see the picture on your profile page but not when you post. Send a PM to John Dunkle, he will help you.

Hi Doug. First your profile picture is the photo that appears when members click on your profile. To my knowledge this will not appear when you post which sounds like what you are attempting to do. The pics that you see when members post are their "avatars". If you would like your profile pic to also appear as your avatar then go the the forum, in the grayed out tool bar on the top click on "User CP", in the tree on the left under Settings & Options click on "Edit Avatar". From there you should be able to upload the image you desire to use.
